As a parent or guardian you must print the Junior Program Application 2026-2027, fill in the information completely, AND either:
- bring the completed form to the club on November 8th before 1:00pm.
OR

Please review the Agreements below for your information and awareness.
- Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement (for applicants under 18 years of age), OR Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims & Indemnity Agreement (for applicants18 years of age and older).
Fee payment (by cheque, cash, debit/credit or e-transfer) can be submitted:
- At the Club when you register.
