Registration for the Junior Program is now offered online.
As a parent or guardian you must print the Junior Program Application 2026-2027, Fill in the information completely, AND bring the form to the club for Assisted Online Registration on October 18th between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.
Please review the Agreements below for your information and awareness.
- Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement (for applicants under 18 years of age), OR Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims & Indemnity Agreement (for applicants18 years of age and older).
Fee payment (by cheque, cash, debit/credit or e-transfer) can be submitted:
- At the Club when you register.
