Registration for the Junior Program is by manual applcation. Please click on, print, and complete the following:
- Junior Program Application 2023-2024, AND
- Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement (for applicants under 18 years of age), OR Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims & Indemnity Agreement (for applicants18 years of age and older).
Please ensure all are fully completed, legible and duly signed.
Fee payment (only by cheque, cash or e-transfer) can be submitted:
- At the Club. A registration desk will be open on Sunday October 15, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 as well as during any of the Sunday afternoon program times.
- By mail to the Welland Curling Club, PO Box 282, Welland Ontario L3B 5P4. Cheques are payable to WCC Junior Program.
