Registration for the Junior Program is by manual applcation. Please click on, print, and complete the following:
- Junior Program Application 2025-2026, AND
- Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement (for applicants under 18 years of age), OR Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims & Indemnity Agreement (for applicants18 years of age and older).
Please ensure all are fully completed, legible and duly signed.
All completed forms must be submitted to the Junior Convenor either in person or by email : click This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Fee payment (only by cheque, cash or e-transfer) can be submitted:
- At the Club. A registration desk will be open on Sunday October 26, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm as well as during any of the Sunday afternoon program times.
- By mail to the Welland Curling Club, PO Box 282, Welland Ontario L3B 5P4. Cheques are payable to WCC Junior Program.
- By e-transfer. CLICK HERE for instructions.
