Welcome and thank you for completing your membership online. By doing so you are making the club more efficient and accurate. It’s also easy and membership fees are lower. Please follow the directions below for either Returning Members or New Members.

Returning Members

For members returning from last year, please login at the Member Login on our web site. Once loged in, on the right hand side under Admin Menu, please click on Membership Sign up to complete your registration and payment. But before you do please note the registration process is completed in 7 steps as follows:.

1) Personal Information

  • Complete and correct where needed
  • An individual e-mail is required. If you share one with a spouse (that’s in our system), do not have one or don’t want to provide one, please enter This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Hyphens must be used in phone numbers (eg. 905 - 123 - 4567). 

2) Membership Options

  •  Please note the membership fee displayed does not reflect the early pay (by Sept 30, 2019) discount. It will be deducted in Step 6 and HST will be added. . 

3 League Selection

  • Eligible leagues will be displayed based on your membership option and gender.
  • If you are on a team, enter your known teammates. If not, scroll down to enter as an individual.
  • Associate Members: Since you are pay as you play, no leagues will appear. You are eligable to play in any league (Club Championship lead or scond only). Please ensure you or your skip informs the league convener for the league(s) you will be playing in.
  • Only want to spare? Don’t sign up here. You’ll have the opportunity to indicate your sparing availability after completing your sign up.

6) Confirmation and invoice.

  • At the bottom of the page you may chose to print his off. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your details.

7) Payment.

Optional: Update your sparing availability. You're done.

 

New Members

Thank you for your interest in becoming a new member. Please Click Here in order to be set up quickly as a new member. But before you do here's what you need to know:

1) Completing our online form

  • Everyone must register individually.

  • All mandatory fields are marked*

2) You will be sent a verification email to the address you provided. Please click on the verification link to allow your request to proceed. 

3) You will receive an email shortly thereafter with simple instructions that will allow you to log into the Welland Curling Club.

4) Follow the 7 step process above to complete your membership registration and payment. We look forward to having you join our club.
